T&S Specialty Services was founded and built 21 years ago and incorporated in 1990 by President and CEO James H. Thompson. With T&S standing for "Thompson and Sons" and being a family based business, it would mean that sons Paul Thompson, Tim Thompson, and soon little Joe Thompson would enter the tooling business to join their Father.

Today, with all three sons in the business, T&S has grown past being that family based business and has exceeded all expectations for a hopeful future. With a full line of purchasing agents, customer service, sales personale, and technical gurues, T&S is the new leader in cutting tool engineering, sales, and distribution.

From the beginning, the T&S goal has been to provide their customers with quality cutting tools at affordable, competitive prices. Through the years, they have cultivated theirselves to becoming more than just a carbide depot or supply house. The mission has been to know how to run the tools that are being sold and provide our customers with that knowledge and credit to solve their problems and help find a solution, and that is exactly what has been accomplished. Along with that, T&S has been able to cover the area of special tooling. Whether it is using a part print or drawing out a tool to fit the need, their expertise has been making quality tools for many industries world wide.
